Motor Authority reported that Ferrari president Luca Cordero di Montezemolo was working on the development of a Ferrari that will use alternative energy sources and which will be based on what Ferrari is doing in Formula 1, which uses Kinetic Energy Recovery System. The body has been redesigned to be more curvaceous and aerodynamic. Although the drag coefficient remains the same, downforce has been greatly enhanced. A great deal of Ferrari heritage is found in the car: at the rear, the Enzo's tail lights and interior vents have been added. The car's name has been etched into the Testarossa-styled driver's side mirror. The large oval openings in the front bumper are reminiscent of Ferrari racing models from the 60s, specifically the 156 "sharknose" Formula One car and 250 TR61 Le Mans cars of Phil Hill.

MARANELLO, KOMPAS.com — Sistem poin di F1 yang diusulkan dengan nilai tertinggi 25 angka buat pemenang setiap seri batal dilaksanakan pada 2010 ini. Usulan baru datang lagi dari Team Principal Ferrari Stefano Domenicali yang merevisi terhadap sistem skor di arena balap jet darat.
Domenicali mengusulkan, untuk poin balapan masih mengacu pada ketentuan lama (10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1). Di luar itu, saat kualifikasi dan balapan perlu diberi angka. Jadi, pebalap yang merebut pole position dan yang mencatat rekor tercepat saat lomba layak diberi angka. Demikian usulannya yang dikutip F1 Technical.net, jelang akhir tahun lalu.
Kepada koran Italia La Stampa, Domenicali mengatakan, "Sistem perolehan angka itu perlu ditinjau kembali. Proposal mengenai angka untuk peraih posisi start terdepan dan tercepat di balapan harus dibuat."
FIA Sporting Working Group akan melakukan pertemuan dalam minggu-minggu ini. Salah satu agendanya yaitu membahas usulan itu.
